A world of opportunities
You will join the Group Finance team, a multicultural environment with 4 great and highly professional colleagues and a delegating and motivating manager, who reports directly to our corporate CFO. You will collaborate with a range of different colleagues, both in the Finance team based in Roskilde (moving to Måløv in 2025) consisting of 15 dedicated and skilled colleagues - but also with your global colleagues, based in many different countries.
In Group Finance, we work across different countries and cooperate with colleagues around the world: in Europe, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and South America. Our main responsibilities are to ensure correct figures for the DLF Group in accordance with compliance and governance.
The job will give you the opportunity to gain a broad insight into the finance function in a global organization and work with a broad range of stakeholders. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Assist with the month end closing process including consolidation at group level.
- Intercompany reconciliation etc.
- Maintain Group Finance guidelines.
- Prepare and help with presentations for management reporting.
- Help with building of analysis reporting.
- Collaborate preparing information for the R&D department.
- Optimize and improve our Excel tools.
- Ad hoc tasks.
Ambition and curiosity
We expect that you are ambitious and curious and that you have:
- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset and high intellectual curiosity
- Experienced user in Excel, VBA, Power Point
- Excellent communication skills – you can talk to everyone and have a humble yet brave approach to people.
- A proactive mindset and are able to work both independently as well as being team oriented.
- Proficiency in both English and Danish (we speak English daily)
- The ability to thrive in a fast-growing company with a global mindset.
- Are on the bachelor part of your study in finance/accounting/controlling.
We expect you to work 15-20 hours per week and we are flexible with timings according to your course schedule/exams. Start as soon as possible.

You will be based in our headquarters in Roskilde (near the train station) together with more than 90 of your colleagues from other functions. We have a strong and informal culture with a lot of collaboration across the different functions and teams. We have an informal network between the students in the different functions.
