Hanshan Normal University is a government funded institution noted for its long history, its rich cultural tradition and its unique academic characteristics. It is located in Chaozhou (Teochew), an ancient Chinese city, of eastern Guangdong Province. Nestled on the slopes of the Han Hill beside the Han River, it boasts a beautiful campus with modern facilities, providing an ideal place for teaching and conducting research.

The University is now inviting applications to full-time English teaching positions available at its Foreign Language School.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

1. Native English speaker

2. Aged above 18 and normally not exceeding 60

3. In good health

4. No criminal record

5. A master degree or above

6. At least two years of English teaching experience (exempted if awarded with a degree in TESOL, education or language related fields.)

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

Salary: 9000-10000 RMB/Month before tax

Salary may vary depending on educational qualifications and work experience. Free housing on campus, subsidies for travel, medical insurance etc. will be provided.

Annual salary for qualified doctor degree holders could be up to 300,000 RMB.
