About the Role:
We have Full Time, Part Time and Casual opportunities available at our Mittagong location!
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be involved in ensuring an excellent customer/patient journey from Pre-Testing, Frame Styling and Dispensing glasses. You will have a compassionate approach with the ability to build strong rapport with our patients.
Skills and Experience:
The successful candidate will have a rewarding career with Specsavers and will possess the following skills and experience:
- Customer Service: A passion in providing an excellent customer journey as first point of contact. Previous experience in a fast-paced Retail/Customer service role is essential
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal skills with strong attention to detail
- Teamwork: Ability to build genuine and supportive relationships with colleagues to thrive and achieve goals together
- Optical Experience: Optics experience and a dispensing qualification will highly desired though not essential as full Optics training will be provided!
- Enthusiasm: Ability to create meaningful connections and resilient in nature with a passion for continuous progression
