What will I be doing?
A Food & Beverage Management Trainee with Hilton Hotels and Resorts is responsible for assisting the Director of Operations in supervising operations of Food & Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent Guest experience while working with the team to ensure departmental targets are met.


F&B Management Trainee’s Job Responsibilities:

  • Work in all areas of Food & Beverage including casual dining, fine dining, sports bar and banquets & events
  • Welcome members in a polite and friendly manner

• Take and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service • Assist in answering members’ queries in a timely and efficient manner

  • Assist in preparing set ups for tables and/or function rooms
  • Comply with F & B policies & procedures, club’s security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
  • Attend management meetings when required
  • Assist in analyzing financial figures and preparing reports
  • Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships

  • Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
  • Good communication skills; good command of written and spoken English
  • Ability to work flexible hours including mornings and weekends
  • Hard working - able to work in a fast-paced working environment and remain calm under pressure.

The Person:

  • University graduates major in the hospitality management or equivalent
  • A well-motivated and enthusiastic person who is eager to learn more and develop his career in Food & Beverage industry
  • Previous Food & Beverage industry experience
  • Knowledge of food hygiene regulations
  • Excellent spoken and written English / French
