What will I be doing?
A Food & Beverage Management Trainee with Hilton Hotels and Resorts is responsible for assisting the Director of Operations in supervising operations of Food & Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent Guest experience while working with the team to ensure departmental targets are met.
F&B Management Trainee’s Job Responsibilities:
- Work in all areas of Food & Beverage including casual dining, fine dining, sports bar and banquets & events
- Welcome members in a polite and friendly manner
• Take and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service • Assist in answering members’ queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist in preparing set ups for tables and/or function rooms
- Comply with F & B policies & procedures, club’s security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
- Attend management meetings when required
- Assist in analyzing financial figures and preparing reports
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships

- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings and weekends

The Person:
- University graduates major in the hospitality management or equivalent
- A well-motivated and enthusiastic person who is eager to learn more and develop his career in Food & Beverage industry
- Previous Food & Beverage industry experience
- Knowledge of food hygiene regulations
- Excellent spoken and written English / French
