We are currently seeking experienced Helpers to join ourteam in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. The selected candidates will play a crucial rolein providing support for retrofit projects related to Building ManagementSystems (BMS) with hands-on experience in Siemens certification. The rolerequires the ability to assist in testing for control, power, field, and panellevel works. The ideal candidates should be capable of following projectworkflow instructions, working effectively as key team members, and achievingdaily work progress. Proficiency in spoken English is essential for effectivecommunication.
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide hands-on support with Siemens BMS systems.
- Assist in testing for control, power, field, and panel level works.
- Collaborate with technicians and other team members in retrofit projects.
- Support the installation and troubleshooting of various technical areas, including:
- Field devices: Installation and troubleshooting.
- HVAC systems: Installation and troubleshooting.
- Mechanical components: Installation and troubleshooting.
- Medium Voltage and Switch gears: Installation and troubleshooting.
- VFD, Motors, and Pumps: Installation and troubleshooting.
- Conduit and Cabling works: Both control and power.
- DDC Panel installation: Including all components, jumpering, and punching.
- Control Level experience for DDC.
- Follow instructions and guidelines to support project execution and workflow.
- Work effectively as a key team member and assist in project tasks.
- Assist in ensuring daily work progress aligns with project timelines and objectives.
Job Specification:
Requirements:
- Prior hands-on experience as a Helper with BMS expertise is preferred.
- Siemens certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with retrofit projects across multiple technical areas is beneficial.
- Basic knowledge of field devices, HVAC systems, mechanical components, medium voltage, switch gears, VFD, motors, pumps, conduit, and cabling works is advantageous.
- Capable of providing support in testing for control, power, field, and panel level works.
- Ability to follow project workflow instructions and guidelines.
- Effective communication in English, both spoken and written.
