We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Web Operations and E-commerce Coordinator to join our team at Karosh & Co. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing product and production management, order fulfillment, inventory control, as well as managing our Ticimax-based website and coordinating with our business partners. While you won't be directly responsible for logistics and product manufacturing tasks, your main responsibility will be to oversee and coordinate these activities by working closely with our logistics and production assistant.
Additionally, you will handle the organization and management of our integrated marketplace platforms, working closely with partners to increase sales and optimize performance.
You will also be responsible for liaising with our internal team members involved in product manufacturing and logistics. You will work closely with our team at our office located in Kuyumcukent.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize product and production processes, ensuring efficient operations and timely order fulfillment.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Coordinate with our website development partners to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our Ticimax-based e-commerce platform.
- Work with our business partners to integrate and manage our presence on various marketplace platforms, maximizing sales and performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams involved in product manufacturing and logistics to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in product and production management, order fulfillment, and inventory control.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, particularly Ticimax, and experience in website management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with business partners and internal teams.
- Knowledge of marketplace platforms and experience in managing and optimizing sales performance.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
