Director of Product Excellence and Customer Care [Pakistan]


 

The face of Customer Care for SkyElectric's entire portfolio of products will be responsible for managing VIP customer complaints. On a daily basis, they will obtain an update of open issues throughout the country, prioritize tasks, meet with the team to implement and improve processes, and liaise with external stakeholders to introduce new services or product improvements.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of product experts and customer service personnel to ensure the highest level of product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize the data from the SkyElectric Cloud and other inverter platforms to make sure that systems are performing optimally on the basis of solar production, storage and alert statistics
  • Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures and standards.
  • Monitor customer service performance, gather customer feedback and make necessary changes to improve customer service.
  • Follow up with other in-house teams to get closure on issues e.g., product issues, net metering etc.
  • Work with the design, engineering, and production teams to ensure product quality and reliability.
  • Ensure that SkyElectric products meet customer expectations by conducting ongoing research and analysis.
  • Monitor customer service trends and identify potential areas of improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner

Requirements:

  • Bachelors in Engineering (preferred but not necessary)
  • 5+ years of professional experience in customer service, product management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading successful product Management and customer service initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of customer service software and technologies.
