Job Description:
· Managing and reconciling inventory counts and communicating any discrepancies at assigned branch to the Head Office.
· Effectively utilize inventory management application to ensure maximum efficiencies in store.
· Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stocks levels and adjustments.
· Develop and manage an inventory tracking system to streamline local branch stock operations.
· Maintain cordial relationships with Head Office and showroom staff.
· Managing, sorting and checking of all incoming stock of jewelry products and certificates from Head Office before releasing to showroom.
· Receive the jewelry products and certificate parcels from Head Office.
· Check jewelry products, certificates and inscription for any damage during transit.
· Safekeep jewelry products inside the vault if not displayed or request by the client for viewing.
· Interact with Branch Manager regarding current stock details, sales details and fresh order placement details or replenishment of stock.
· Coordinate Job Orders between the Local Sales Team and Head Office including but not limited to replating, resizing, engraving, etc.
· Inform the Head of Production and Branch Manager for any issues such as missing jewelry of non-tally of stocks and to take corrective action along with the Branch Manager.
Qualifications:
· Graduate of any 4-year course, with at least two (2) years’ experience in Retail Merchandising or any work related.
· Basic understanding in gold and diamonds is advantage.
· Has above-average interpersonal skills.
· Proactive and has keen attention to details.
